Waraji's commitment

Our shop is a specialty store of Japanese-made sandals, setta sandals, and straps in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture, where we sell and develop Japanese footwear, making use of our experience of more than half a century in Japanese footwear. In addition to classic footwear such as traditional setta sandals and setta sandals used at Shinto ceremonies and the setta sandals used when wearing Japanese clothing, we also develop and sell our own original products to suit the modern living environment. We named it "waraji" because we wanted to sell footwear that allows you to keep walking on the "ground" with a "smile" and in good health forever. It is a play on the word "waraji," a traditional footwear.

How to choose zori sandals

Basically, it is considered ``stylish'' to stick out the heel a little (1 to 3 cm) and lightly hook the hanao with just your fingertips. It's just right that the heel sticks out a little. If you are concerned about this, please choose a larger size than usual. Also, the first step is the key. If the flower cord gets twisted or develops a strange habit, it will be difficult to heal. Please handle with care in order to keep wearing it carefully for a long time.
